Rami Malek and Emma Corrin part ways after nearly two years of romance

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rami Malek and Emma Corrin are reportedly not together anymore.

The couple has split after almost two years of dating. They were first spotted together at a Bruce Springsteen concert in London in July 2023, People reported.

The ‘Mr Robot’ actor and Corrin were also seen on a dinner date in August 2023, and later, a tipster confirmed that the two stars had been dating each other since that summer.

The source also claimed that Malek and the ‘Crown’ actress “are affectionate.”

Rami Malek called Emma Corrin ‘fascinating’

The two had not been very public about their relationship but occasionally appeared together as a couple.

The 29-year-old actress and Malek, 43, went to the EE BAFTA Film Awards Dinner in February 2024 together. Also, they were spotted taking a stroll together in Brazil in July.

During an interview with The Guardian earlier this year, the ‘No Time to Die’ star spoke about his relationship.

He said, “That person [is] fascinating,” without naming Corrin, who uses they/them pronouns.

At the time, he also stated, “We like quirky.”

Rami Malek dated Lucy Boynton before Emma Corrin

Rami Malek was earlier romantically involved with actress Lucy Boynton from 2019 and 2022.

An insider had even disclosed, "When they spend time in Los Angeles, they have a fun social schedule. They often go out to lunch and dinner. If they are alone, they usually sit on the same side of the table to cuddle," People reported. 

After winning an Oscar in the Best Actor category for his role in ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’, he dedicated the honor to his then-girlfriend.

“Lucy Boynton, you are the heart of this film, you are beyond immensely talented, you have captured my heart,” he had said, as per People.

The English actress was thrilled as well as surprised by his action.

She shared, “It sounds so silly, but I was really unaware of the public element of that. You're just absorbing, millisecond by millisecond, what is happening, and then suddenly you hear the applause and you realize it's been a public moment, which is slightly strange.”

Emma Corrin was ‘very happy’ with Ibby Njoya

On the other hand, Emma Corrin had earlier dated Ibby Njoya. In 2022, they revealed to Vogue, “I’m working out all this complex gender and sexuality stuff. And yet, I’m seeing a guy? That feels very juxtaposed, even if I’m very happy.”

The ‘Lady Chatterley's Lover’ star added, “If you have a platform and you’re able to use it, that’s obviously so important — and I met some incredible people through it.”
