Reba McEntire forced BF Rex Linn to lose weight as she didn't want him looking 'dumpy' on 'Happy's Place'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Country music icon Reba McEntire is reportedly responsible for the weight her beau Rex Linn has recently lost.
The actress forced the 67-year-old to trim his shape because she did not want him to look like a "dumpy dude" for their new sitcom 'Happy's Place’, as reported by RadarOnline.com.
A tipster shared, “Rex has Reba to thank for this. She now has a leaner lover and everything about the two of them is better! She didn't want a dumpy dude on her show – especially when the world knows they're a couple in real life!”
Rex Linn loses '20 to 25 pounds'
Besides, citing medical experts, the publication reported that Rex Linn’s weight was 220 pounds when he appeard as Sgt Frank Tripp on 'CSI: Miami’ for years.
At one point, he even weighed 245 pounds but now he seems to have lost “20 to 25 pounds,” as per estimated life span expert Dr Gabe Mirkin.
Reba McEntire says Rex Linn ‘brings out the little girl in’ her
Reba McEntire and the actor have reportedly been together for four years after beginning their relationship in 2020.
Calling Linn “the love of my life", the Queen of Country explained, “I think we have made each other better. Rex brings out the little girl in me and I have fun. I'm dorky, I'm goofy.”
“We love each other. We both love watching television. We're always on the lookout for a new series or movie to watch. He says that it's his homework, watching other actors and learning from them. I do it for pure enjoyment,” she added, as per Us Weekly.
Reba McEntire and Rex Linn have known each other for decades
This came after earlier Reba McEntire revealed how her and the ‘Cliffhanger’ star’s love life began. They have known each other since 1991.

“We kept in contact over the years, we both know the same people. So it was just like good friends getting back together and having dinner ... then we started texting and talking on the telephone and getting to know each other better during the quarantine,” the ‘Big Sky’ actress said, as per Good Housekeeping.
She also noted that Linn is her “biggest cheerleader”. “He's encouraged me the whole time and he even gives me ideas to make things better. His enthusiasm really does pep all of us up, and I appreciate him very much,” McEntire added.
Besides, Linn recently revealed to PEOPLE how fun it is for him to work with his girlfriend.
He stated, “We're running lines constantly. But every once in a while, I'll sneak by for a quick kiss, just a peck on the cheek and keep on moving. It's fun.”
