PATERSON, NEW JERSEY: ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ star Teresa Giudice faced backlash online after she flaunted her luxury wardrobe in a new Instagram post despite owing more than $3 million in taxes.
The 'RHONJ' star shared two photos of herself on her social media page earlier this week, where she can be seen wearing a black t-shirt that read, “I Speak Fluent French. Hermes. Chanel. Dior. Saint Laurent.” These were the names of the expensive luxury brands, as reported by Page Six.

People on social media, however, were not impressed by Giudice bragging about the luxury brands she wears amid her financial woes.
One person sarcastically commented on her Instagram post, “You are about to be fluent in federal tax evasion.”
Another asked, “Oh Teresa do you ever learn? Who are you gonna blame now?”
One person said, “Meanwhile, she owes 3 million in taxes. Man! Teresa, you sure do have a. type. but now I’m starting to think maybe you’re the problem, not your husband‘s.”
“Very tone deaf considering her major debt and Louie massive debt. How can they feel this is alright advertising a fake lavish lifestyle based on massive debt? So delusional,” another remarked.

This comes after it was reported that the 52-year-old reality star owes $303,889 to the tax department, while her husband, Luis Ruelas, owes about $2.6 million.
Teresa Giudice owes $1 million in mortgage loan
Another report by The Sun US stated that the couple has requested some time from a lender — a Florida limited liability company — to pay back a $1 million mortgage loan.

Citing court papers, the publication said, “The Borrower has requested, and the Lender has agreed to extend the maturity date of the Initial Loan from March 25, 2025 to March 25, 2026.”
“The Lender is lending to Borrower an additional loan in the principal sum of 250,000 and Borrower has executed and delivered to Lender, a Mortgage Note for the principal sum of $250,5000,” the documents read.
