MIAMI, FLORIDA: 'Real Housewives of New York City' alum Ramona Singer is not new to controversy as she has recently been the target of another attack due to a post she made amid the catastrophic California wildfires.

The former 'RHONY' star shared a video of herself welcoming her fans on Instagram Story on Friday, January 10, but many people found the video's caption troubling and called it a "tone-deaf" post, per Page Six.

The former 'Real Housewives of New York City' star, 68, posted a selfie-style video to her Instagram Story on Friday, telling her followers, "What a beautiful morning in Florida! What a way to wake up! Look at this view. Mmm, so happy."

Then she turned her camera to display her balcony view of the ocean. "Bright and sunny! Gonna do some work, play some tennis. Beautiful day," Singer remarked.

She captioned the video, saying, "A beautiful day to wake up to…unfortunately people in Cali have no idea what their day will bring."

Following Singer's update on her "bright and sunny" Florida vacation update, the former 'Real Housewives of New York' star came under fire for what many referred to as a "tone-deaf" Instagram post.

The 68-year-old former Bravolebrity has a history of accidentally saying or doing stuff that upsets others, hence, most commenters were not shocked by her actions.

A massive blaze started in Pacific Palisades, California, late Tuesday morning, January 7. Besides continuing to burn, several other large flames have since broken out throughout Los Angeles County.

Many in Singer's celebrity circle have been impacted by the flames, which resulted in over 130,000 evacuations and 10 fatalities, including 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' newcomer Bozoma Saint John, who lost her $5 million Malibu house, per Daily Mail.
