'RHONY' star Erin Lichy blasted for 'dangling' her newborn while making a martini and shooting TikTok

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘The Real Housewives of New York’ star Erin Lichy has received criticism online after a video of her allegedly showed her holding her newborn baby dangerously.

She shared the video on her TikTok page last week, showing herself holding her baby boy Jack while preparing a martini for herself, as reported by the Daily Mail.

The 37-year-old was also lip-synching 'She’s Back' by Diamond DonDada in the clip as the caption of the post read, "She's backkkkkkk #newborn #postpregnancy."

But people were more concerned about the little one’s apparent lack of neck support.

Erin Lichy called out for bad parenting

A critic commented, “Oh my god the baby's head is just dangling whilst she's making a martini and Tiktok. priorities girl.”

Another one said, “I am normally the last person to judge other people's parenting as mine is not exactly everyone's cup of tea but honey hold his head up that's ridiculous.”

“Tell a friend to tell a friend how to hold an infant,” the third one posted.

“I'm curious to know what looks worse than it is. It's bad enough she's holding her newborn like a loaf of bread flopping around, but as she shakes a fresh cocktail??? I'm all for us having our little treats/vices but the glorification of alcohol is so weird,” a comment read.

Erin Lichy responds to critics of her parenting

Erin Lichy hit back at trolls. She reportedly claimed, “Looks worse than it is promise lol.”

She added, “Also HIS HEAD WAS SUPPORTED. was leaning down a little but like calm your t*ts it was a 5 second video.”

Last year in November, Lichy and her husband Abe, 41, announced that they were expecting their fourth child after having sons Levi, 9, Elijah, 4, and daughter Layla, 7, over the years.

Erin Lichy claimed ‘three vs four kids doesn’t seem so scary’

At the time, the businesswoman told PEOPLE, “It feels like adding another act to the circus! Work and life have been so busy that I haven’t really had a chance to even think about how it’ll change things, but I think it will be pretty seamless to be honest. Three vs. four kids doesn’t seem so scary.”

“Mostly, I’m just looking forward to enjoying a Mezcalum cocktail and going out for a massive sushi dinner again!” she added.

The New Yorker also revealed how she found out about her last pregnancy.

“I was out East with Abe and some friends when I suddenly became super sensitive to smells around me. That’s when I knew — I thought, ‘Damn. Here we go again!’” she noted.

The pair had Jack in March 2024. Lichy posted three photos with him on Instagram and wrote, “Jack Hunter Lichy 💙 #CrazyInLove.”
