"Every time they get into a fight, he uses it as an excuse to duck out and hang with friends, while Rihanna's stuck at home on mommy duty," added the source, along with, "No wonder she's ticked off!"

He recently requested the court to drop a civil case that his erstwhile friend ASAP Relli (real name: Terell Ephron), who is the focus of the gun charges trial, filed alleging defamation.

According to Relli, Rocky told him to come to a certain area in Hollywood in November 2021, and when he arrived, the two got into a fight. The former claimed that after their argument, Rocky allegedly pulled a revolver on him, striking his hand with the round.

Following the incident, the 'Praise the Lord' singer was taken into custody by the Los Angeles Police Department and then released on bond. After Rocky's attorney made comments accusing Relli of extortion, the latter sued his friend for defamation and damages for his alleged injuries.

Relli, who knew Rocky from their days as students at a New York high school and was a member of the hip-hop group A$AP Mob, earlier claimed in a separate lawsuit that he was the victim of assault and battery, negligence, and emotional distress, as per BBC News.

In the lawsuit, Relli maintained that Rocky "pulled out a handgun and purposefully pointed it in the direction of [Relli] and fired multiple shots" during a verbal confrontation.

According to the court documents, he was "struck by bullet projectile/fragments" in his left hand and needed medical assistance. Relli is requesting damages of at least $25,000, per the outlet.
