JACKSONVILLE, ALABAMA: Country music star Riley Green has proved that nothing, not even a trip to the emergency room, can keep him away from his passion for hunting.

The 36-year-old singer recently shared a series of humorous and determined updates on social media, exhibiting his commitment to both his craft and the great outdoors, Fox News reported.

Riley Green laughs off nail injury as 'real-world problems'

Riley Green’s unexpected detour to the hospital began when he stepped on a nail, resulting in a minor injury.

"At the emergency room ’cause I stepped on a nail," Green explained in a video, showing one boot removed to reveal the damage.

True to his easygoing nature, he couldn’t help but laugh at the situation, sharing, "Impaled my foot, and when I took my boot off, corn fell all over the floor," he added with a laugh.

"The lady came in here wanting to know where all the corn came from. It’s from my boot. You don’t want me to take this other one off, either. It's real-world problems."

Riley Green’s injury didn’t dampen his resolve.

Accompanied by a friend, he focused on what mattered: when he could get back to hunting.

In a video, Green’s friend jokingly pressed the doctor, “Just hit us with it straight, doc.” To Green’s delight, the doctor assured him he could resume hunting immediately.

Riley Green’s love for hunting runs deep

Just last month, the 'Don’t Mind If I Do' singer proudly shared a photo on social media with a deer he hunted on his Kansas farm.

"First buck off my new farm in Kansas and he was a good one," Green wrote. "It took a bunch of hours sittin’ in a tree with a bow, but he finally slipped up. Damn, I love it out here."

When he’s not out in the wild, Green has been making waves in the country music scene. His recent duet, 'You Look Like You Love Me', featuring Langley, soared to the top of the Billboard Country Airplay chart.
