Investigators find Sade Robinson remains
The unsettling findings mark another somber chapter in the search for Robinson, who was reported missing on April 2. Maxwell Anderson, 33, of Milwaukee, has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse, and arson in connection with the case.
Anderson's arrest on April 4 followed the discovery of a leg believed to belong to Robinson, found by a passer-by at Warnimont Park along Lake Michigan in Cudahy. The leg had been severed just below the hip.
Surveillance footage from a local restaurant captured her and Anderson sitting together at the bar on the evening of April 1. The following morning, Robinson's burned car was located. Anderson remains in custody on a $5 million bond, with a preliminary examination scheduled for Monday.
Sade Robinson's parents' plea for justice
In a statement Anderson's father, Steven Anderson, expressed condolences to Robinson's loved ones, stating that his family was "shocked and devastated by her senseless death," WGN reported.
Robinson's devastated mother, Sheena Scarbrough, 42, has vowed that "whoever hurt her deserves to burn in hell." Describing her daughter as an ambitious young woman with a promising future, Sheena highlighted Sade's dedication to her studies, her work ethic, and her plans to join the US Air Force.
The teen was studying criminal justice and was on the cusp of graduating with an exceptional GPA from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Sade had been juggling two jobs – one at Pizza Shuttle for five years and another as a server and hostess at the Wisconsin Club.
This is the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through," Sheena expressed her determination to seek justice. "I just need any individuals who know any information involving my daughter’s case to come forward. I want justice for Sade, we will get justice for her."
