LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Reality TV star and social media influencer Savannah Chrisley claimed she lost deals with brands for being vocal about her conservative beliefs in an interview with People magazine published on Saturday, February 22.

The 27-year-old had appeared on stage at the 2024 Republican National Convention to endorse then-party nominee Donald Trump. She has continued to support the 78-year-old commander-in-chief on digital platforms ever since.

Savannah Chrisley stands by her conservative beliefs

Savannah Chrisley hosts a podcast called 'Unlocked' where she shares her political beliefs.

"It's giving me a job to provide for my family, and that's the number one thing that I'm so grateful for," she told People, adding that "it's just given me a louder voice."

However, Savannah insisted that her venture was hindered by her being an outspoken conservative, saying, "I lost some deals when I came out politically on why I stood for what I stood for."

Advertisers "don't want to touch conservative," she noted. "That was a tough thing for me because once again, I was being forced in a hole of — do I stand for what I believe in, or do I feed my family? Which one?"

"We should never live in a world where your job is in jeopardy, because of (a) difference of beliefs," continued the 'Chrisley Knows Best' alum. "It should never be that way and unfortunately, it was. You can have differences of opinions and beliefs, and still voice your stance on something," she added.

Savannah Chrisley hopes to get her parents out of prison

Savannah Chrisley's parents, Todd, 55, and Julie, 52, are currently serving time in prison for bank fraud and tax evasion. They have consistently denied any wrongdoing. In their absence, Savannah serves as the legal guardian of her siblings Chloe, 12, and Grayson, 18.

As per People, Savannah is planning to submit a formal request of pardon for her parents to the Trump administration. She associated herself with the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and serves as its senior fellow for criminal justice reform.

The celeb shared that her parents being locked up serves as a rude awakening for her on the state of the criminal justice system.

"Probably a year after my parents left, I just became very outspoken, because I knew nothing about our criminal justice system. I honestly thought bad people go to prison. That's what I thought. And that is so far from the truth," she stated.

"I grew up in the South, where you live, breathe, and die for our country. You respect our flag, you respect our nation. You respect our police force. You believe everything that they say it is," explained Savannah.

"And now, I don't. I believe nothing. My eyes have been opened to what actually happens in our criminal justice system, how broken it is," she added. "When I started realizing these things, I just knew I can't stay silent about it any longer. I have to come out about it," shared Savannah.
