'Scarface' actor Angel Salazar known for his role as Chi Chi in the cult film dies at 68
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK: Actor Angel Salazar, who worked in the 1983 crime film ‘Scarface’ and became popular for his character Chi Chi, has died.
Salazar was 68 when he breathed his last over the weekend, as reported by TMZ.

Angel Salazar's representative and closest friend, Ann Wingsong, revealed that he was at his friend’s house in Brooklyn when he died. His friend reportedly discovered his body on Sunday morning, August 11.
Though it's not clear yet what led to the Cuban-American comedian’s death, reports have said that he had heart problems.
Other works of Salazar include 1979's ‘Boulevard Nights’, 1980's ‘Where the Buffalo Roam’, 1982's ‘A Stranger Is Watching’, 1985's ‘Sylvester’, 1988's ‘Hot to Trot’, 1990's ‘Maniac Cop 2’, and the 1993’s ‘Carlito's Way’.

Following his death, Salazar's fans took to social media to pay tribute to the late actor.
