LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing another lawsuit by one of his alleged victims.

Recently, a woman named April Lampros filed a lawsuit against the music mogul in the Supreme Court of New York County and accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting her in the 1990s.

The 51-year-old woman -  a former student at New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology - alleged that she was sexually accosted by the Bad Boy Records founder when she was a young woman.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces fresh allegations

Lampros claimed in the lawsuit that she met with the embattled rapper at a SoHo Bar in 1995. The music producer also offered to mentor her in the fashion industry, per TMZ

Lampros recalled the fateful night of her meeting the rapper at the bar. She claimed the ‘Last Night’ rapper overpoured her alcohol and when she was drunk, took her to his Millennium Hotel room.

Lampros further recalled that she allegedly felt “the walls were closing in on her” as the 54-year-old disgraced musician exerted force on her, per Page Six.

The fashion institute graduate claimed she could not defend herself and woke up the next day “nude, sore and confused".

The petitioner recalled she maintained a distance from the rapper for months until he reached out to her and invited her to music industry events.

In the lawsuit, Lampros was described as a “hopeful yet naive college student and took Mr Combs at his word and believed that the first rape was a possible mulligan and decided to give him a second chance.”

However, the incident led Lampros to avoid Diddy, which made him angry. He allegedly developed a “mobster persona” and threatened to blacklist her from the industry.

Lampros not only named Diddy in the lawsuit but also alleged she was forced into sexual activities with his longtime girlfriend, the late Kim Porter.

The lawsuit further mentioned that by 1998, Lampros officially had cut all ties with Diddy.

In the same year, Porter visited the restaurant where she worked and allegedly told the management that she tried to poison her. The late actress allegedly demanded the eatery to fire her - which they complied to - or else Diddy would have had the place closed down.

The petitioner is listing Bad Boy Records, Arista, and Sony Music Entertainment as defendants in the suit while seeking compensation for the alleged damages the entities allowed Combs to commit.

Lampros also said that Diddy assaulted her again in late 2000/early 2001 during the time he was "involved in a very public relationship with Jennifer Lopez", per Daily Mail.

This is not the first time Diddy has been accused of sexual misconduct. In November 2023, the rapper’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura accused Diddy of abuse.

Within 24 hours of the lawsuit, the duo settled the case between themselves. Recently, CNN released footage from 2016 of the rapper allegedly shoving and kicking Ventura in the lobby of the now-closed InterContinental Hotel.
