Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs denied bail, remains behind bars until May
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was first arrested on September 16, 2024, and since then, he has been denied bail multiple times as he awaits his trial set for May 2025.
District Judge Andrew Carter Jr ruled against granting him bail due to concerns about a serious flight risk, first then on the second occasion citing "clear and convincing evidence" presented by prosecutors to keep him locked.
Combs was treated to a special meal on his birthday. His breakfast included cereal, fruit, and a breakfast cake.
For lunch, he was given pasta with marinara sauce, meatballs, and a garden salad.
His dinner consists of chicken or tofu fried rice with black beans and carrots, the Federal Bureau of Prisons told the New York Post.
"The food’s probably the roughest part" of his jail experience, according to his attorney Marc Agnifilo who previously opened up on the matter.
