WASHINGTON, DC: Fox News host Sean Hannity has sparked rumors of wearing a toupee among netizens on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) after his seemingly new hairstyle caught the attention of viewers, The List reported on Wednesday, January 22.

The 63-year-old had recently made the headlines after announcing his engagement to fellow network anchor Ainsley Earhardt, 48, toward the end of last year.

When did viewers find Sean Hannity's hair odd?

According to the publication, Fox News viewers noticed Sean Hannity's hairstyle had changed during his on-screen appearances around the same period when President Donald Trump's inauguration ceremony took place earlier this week.

During a pre-inauguration event in the capital, tech billionaire and MAGA supporter Elon Musk made a gesture that appeared to resemble the infamous Nazi salute. Hannity went on air following the incident to defend the Tesla owner on the conservative network, but his views took a backseat as the audience was reportedly more taken aback by his hair.

Hannity was met with a similar reaction from his audience when he went on air to interview House Speaker Mike Johnson about whether the federal government would move towards cutting off funding for the state of California if they continued to support illegal immigrants. California has notably faced one of the worst wildfires of the decade in the LA region earlier in January and requires all possible help.
