North, aged 10, showcased her acting skills at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, portraying young Simba in a live performance commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Disney classic. While reviews of her performance varied, the focus shifted to Kim's role in promoting her daughter's involvement.

Following North's performance, Kim shared photos on Instagram of North in her 'Lion King' costume, igniting further criticism from skeptics who believe Kim is exploiting her daughter for attention and profit.

Critics voiced their concerns on social media platforms, condemning Kim's actions and expressing worry about North's well-being. Some users accused Kim of prioritizing fame and money over her daughter's happiness and privacy.
