'She nailed it': When Anna Kendrick wowed fans with her Kristen Stewart impression on Jimmy Fallon's show

MANHATTAN, NEW YORK CITY: It turns out Anna Kendrick is not just a talented actor; she's also a master of impressions. An X/Twitter post from the December 19, 2017 episode of 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' shows the star's unexpected talent. 

The 'Pitch Perfect 3' star showcased her uncanny ability to imitate Kristen Stewart, wowing the audience with her spot-on impression while humorously explaining the plot of 'Pitch Perfect 3' in Stewart's distinctive style.

'I do one impression, and it's the weirdest impression'

Anna Kendrick may have described her Kristen Stewart impression as a bit "random," but she proudly shared her admiration for 'Twilight' and revealed that she even demonstrated the impression to Stewart herself.

To Kendrick's delight, Stewart appreciated the accuracy of her mouth mannerisms in the impersonation.

A couple of minutes into the show, Fallon said, "Not only can you act and sing and do many things, but you also - one secret is that you do an impression." Kendrick replied, "I do one impression, and it's the weirdest impression, too."

“I should have like a Christopher Walken or something, and I have a Kristen Stewart…I love her, I’ve done it to her, and she was like, ‘Yeah, I do that with my mouth.’ And I was like, ‘You’re doing it now! I know!" she added. 

The conversation continued, with Fallon asking, "Can you do maybe Kristen Stewart, like, explaining what 'Pitch Perfect 3' is about?" as the audience joined in with laughter.

Replying in Stewart's accent, Kendrick said, "Um, you know, there's like -- the Bellas are out of college, and, um...You know, they go on a USO Tour, and there's like -- you know, hilarity ensues, so...".

Kendrick's Stewart impression was a hit as the laughter and cheers from the audience indicated that her comedic talents and spot-on impersonation were well-received.

Netizens took to the show's YouTube section to laud Kendrick’s impression of Kristen Stewart, writing, "She is is energetic! So enjoyable to watch."
