MORGAN COUNTY, ALABAMA: Grace Kelley, 27, daughter of country music icon Wynonna Judd, was arrested on April 5 and charged with soliciting prostitution after she allegedly exposed herself at a busy Alabama highway crossing.

The prostitution charge against Kelly was dropped following a recent court appearance.

According to the Elmore County Sheriff's Office, after her arrest, Kelley was charged with three misdemeanors: soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure, and hindering governmental operations.

She appeared in Millbrook Municipal Court on Thursday, April 25, where the prostitution charge was dropped and the indecent exposure charge was lowered to the lesser offense of lewd conduct, as per Daily Mail

During Judge Bradley Ekdahl's hearing, Kelley admitted to the charges of indecent conduct and impeding government operations.

She was ordered to pay a $200 fine with 90 days in jail suspended for the lewd conduct charge. Kelly won't need to register as a sexual offender.

The 27-year-old was sentenced to 90 days in prison with 30 days suspended and a $500 fine for interfering with governmental operations.

Kelley was ordered to spend the final 39 days of her 60-day sentence and was given credit for time already spent in jail. She now owes court expenses and fines totaling $1,122.

Wynonna did not show up for her daughter's hearing. Kelley's public attorney, David Musgrove, told Fox News Digital that "the family would like to deal with the situation privately."

He added, "The most serious charges against my client were dismissed. The judge was fair with her, and she comported herself well in the courtroom and was polite and respectful with the judge and with the police officers."
