What did the arrest report say?
An arrest report from WTVJ says the mom planned to kill herself and her twins because of money problems stating, “due to her current financial status and multiple debt(s) that she owes."
WTVJ also says she faced eviction and owned businesses in South Florida.
According to the police, Alcime thought about jumping off a ramp with her kids or throwing them off before deciding to leave them in her SUV while she jumped.
Before she jumped, a tow truck driver asked if she needed help, and she said her kids weren't moving in the SUV.
While the driver tried CPR on her son and police came closer, the mom jumped. The kids were found foaming at the mouth and were declared dead at the hospital. The mom told investigators she didn't know what happened to them.
Milson Cadet, the kids' dad, is in a lot of pain and wants to know what happened. He said, "Justice will have to do its work."
He added, “I just want to definitely know what happened. I just want to know what happened."
