HOUSTON, TEXAS: Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens are building their "dream home" together, and the beloved athletes recently shared a few glimpses of their under-construction house on social media.
The gymnast took to Instagram Stories on Saturday, August 31, to share a mirror selfie of herself with Ownes. The photo showed the couple, who tied the knot in 2023, looking upwards at a mirrored ceiling of their new home, as per US Weekly.

In another post, the Chicago Bears safety was seen holding his 27-year-old wife's hand in front of a large black marble fireplace. Simone Biles captioned the sweet snap, "Building our dream home. So lucky to do this thing called life with you."
Amid all this, the three-time Olympian has not forgotten about the 2024 Paralympics, scheduled for August 28 to September 8.
On Monday, August 30, she tweeted on X (formerly Twitter), "Don’t forget the Paralympics are on! let’s support & watch these incredible athletes 💙 GO USA!!!!"

The Olympic champion previously took to her social media on August 22 to share about going through "house meetings all day."
At the time, she gave a sneak peek of her new kitchen, featuring a sleek black-and-white backsplash and matching countertops. "So excited to make this house a HOME. A couple more months," added Biles.
Us Weekly reported that Biles started posting about her home construction journey in September 2023.
Simone Biles felt relief after spectacular 2024 Paris Olympics performance
Simone Biles became one of the star performers at the 2024 Paris Olympics by winning three gold medals and one silver in gymnastics for Team USA.
Following her fabulous performance, she told Olympics.com, "There’s such high expectations on me that I’m supposed to win, so whenever I do win or get whatever medal that is, I feel relief off my shoulder like, 'I did it. I’m done. Let’s move on to the next.'"
On X, she even wrote, "You guys really gotta stop asking athletes what’s next after they win a medal at the Olympics."

Moreover, in an interview at the Paris Olympics, Biles shared, "I've accomplished way more than my wildest dreams, not just at this Olympics, but in the sport, so I can't be mad at my performances," as per NBC News.
She added, "A couple of years ago, I didn't think I'd be back here at an Olympic Games, so competing and then walking away with four medals ... I'm pretty proud of myself."
With her victories at the Paris Olympics, Biles became the most decorated gymnast in history.
