Simone Biles is back with a bang to compete for gold at the 2024 Paris Olympics. The all-star athlete, who is considered one of the greatest gymnasts of all time, broke onto the scene after bagging four golds at the 2016 Rio Olympics. Ever since, her style has been under the spotlight, be it for the rhinestone studded leotards or the spectacular red carpet looks. 1. 2013: Simone Biles chose an all-pink outfit during her debut year as senior competitor

During her debut as a senior competitor in 2013, Simone Biles wore an all-pink Under Armour leotard with long sleeves that were encrusted with silver rhinestones. Her brightly colored scrunchie complemented the costume flawlessly.

2. 2014: Simone Biles wholeheartedly adopted the mid-2010s trends

Simone Biles was all for the mid-2010s look and she wore a blue dress with wide white stripes on the skirt and a large black belt to the 35th annual Salute to Women in Sports honors presented by the Women's Sports Foundation. She complemented the outfit with a bold floral necklace and wore gladiator-style shoes, as per WWD.

3. 2015: Simone Biles and her teammates wore matching red leotards at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships

Simone Biles and her teammates donned matching red leotards at the 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. Their Under Armour suits included thin mesh panels beneath the necklines and long sleeves adorned with silver studs. This time, Biles accessorized her hair with a crimson bow.

4. 2016: Simone Biles began experimenting with sparkles

Simone Biles began experimenting with sparkles and other ornaments for more formal red-carpet events in 2016. She donned a shimmering white dress with lots of sparkles and sheer details on the bodice for the Sherri Hill fashion show in New York City. She accessorized the outfit with her favorite stud earrings and metallic strappy heels. During her appearance at the 2016 CMA Awards, the gymnast donned a fitted halter gown with a metallic tone.

5. 2017: Simone Biles began making her mark on red carpets

By 2017, the Olympian was walking the red carpet at prominent events like the Golden Globes. Simone Biles designed a sleeveless dress with a V-neckline, tight waist, and sparkling bodice decorations specifically for the 74th annual Golden Globe Awards. For the 2017 ESPY Awards, she went with a royal blue mini dress that developed into a flowing side train.

6. 2020: Simone Biles introduced a laid-back fashion aesthetic

Simone Biles adopted a laid-back fashion aesthetic in 2020. The Olympian wore a color-blocked sweater with jeans and white boots while visiting the Lower Eastside Girls Club in New York City.

7. 2021: Simone Biles' love of sparkle took center stage at Met Gala

The gymnast's penchant for sparkle took the spotlight at the 2021 Met Gala as she wore an Area gown adorned with crystals. The outfit, created from 17,000 feet of Swarovski glass crystal chains, took close to 7,000 hours to make and included a black bodysuit with star details, as per InStyle

8. 2022: Simone Biles' courtside-ready look

The Texas native supported the Houston Texans while sporting a casual courtside outfit during the 2022 NFL game. She styled herself in a custom top from Distressed Merch with denim shorts and white ankle booties.

9. 2023: Simone Biles created history at the US Gymnastics Championships in a customized leotard

At the 2023 US Gymnastics Championships in August in San Jose, California, Simone Biles created history after winning a record eighth all-around national title. GK Elite provided a personalized leotard with crystal embellishments for Biles' historic victory. In October 2023, she attended the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Antwerp, Belgium, striking gold in the women's all-around final.

10. 2024: Simone Biles debuts Team USA leotard with 47,000 Swarovski Crystals at 2024 Paris Olympics

Wearing sparkling leotards by GK Elite, the top manufacturer of gymnastics training and competition clothing worldwide, Simone Biles and the US women’s gymnastics team put the United States ahead of the competition on Tuesday, July 30. The women's leotards, as reported by WWD, have over 47,000 Swarovski crystals, some of which were manually placed at GK's Pennsylvania-based production facility.
