MIAMI, FLORIDA: Singer Sean Kingston and his mother have been indicted!

A Miami grand jury on one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and five counts of wire fraud indicted the pair, and if convicted they can each face up to 20 years in prison per count, reports WSVN.

Kingston, whose original name is Kisean Anderson, and his mother Turner's legal trouble began after they allegedly tried to defraud sellers of high-end vehicles, jewelry, and other goods using bogus documents, according to a press release by the US Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of Florida.

The 'Beautiful Girls' crooner was first sued by Ver Ver Entertainment over non-payment on the sale and installation of a 232-inch television at Kingston’s Broward County home, per court documents filed in February.

“He basically has a sales pitch that he goes through to defraud people," Dennis Card, an attorney for the company, said of Kingston, per Local 10 News.

“He induces them into giving him really expensive things. We know that our property is inside this house right here, so as soon as the raid takes place, we are going to have a crew of people in there to reassemble it and take it back to its rightful owner.”

Card further told NBC 6 South Florida, “He likes having bling, he likes showing off, he’s a showman.”

“My client has a $150,000 television sound system that’s in there, there’s also about $1 million worth of watches that are in there, there’s an $80,000 custom bed that was ordered. This is an organized, systematic fraud,” the lawyer added.

Sean Kingston's past run-ins with the law

Kingston is already serving a two-year probation sentence for trafficking stolen property.

Meanwhile, his 61-year-old mother pleaded guilty in 2006 to bank fraud for stealing over $160,000 and served nearly 1.5 years in prison, per federal court records.
