'Sleepy Joe' post makes waves as Biden supporters yearn for 46th POTUS amid Trump White House drama

WASHINGTON, DC: Two months into Donald Trump’s second presidency, and suddenly Joe Biden’s era is looking like the good old days—at least, if you ask his supporters.
With scandals piling up and Trump hinting at a looming recession, liberals are taking to social media to express their Biden nostalgia.

It’s a surprising turn of events for Biden, who was battling questions about his age and health not too long ago—before ultimately stepping aside to let Kamala Harris take on Trump. But that plan backfired spectacularly—not only did Harris lose, but Trump won the popular vote—a feat many thought impossible.
Now, the regret is palpable. Many Democrats still believe that if Biden had stayed in the 2024 presidential race, things might have been different, the Irish Star reported.

Viral post honors Joe Biden
One viral post on X (formerly Twitter) summed up the mood perfectly: "They called him Sleepy Joe because we could sleep at night."
The post—from the popular Mueller She Wrote account—has been liked a staggering 126,000 times at the time of publication.

And the replies were nothing short of a love letter to Bidem.
"Takes me back four years ago when we all could wake in the mornings knowing we had sanity and peace back in the WH. Time flew by too fast. Now we are here in hell," one user wrote.
"And we could sleep peacefully too knowing well that our hard-earned retirement money is going to be safe," another added.
"Agree! Whether you want to admit it or not, we were much better off under 4 years of him than now!" someone else insisted.
"Now it's Cuban Missile Crisis level anxiety," read a comment.
"Keeping the Faith, Joe! We dearly miss you," another remarked.
Perfect tweet, AG. Takes me back four years ago when we all could wake in the mornings knowing we had sanity and peace back in the WH. Time flew by too fast. Now we are here in hell.

But for those wishing for Biden’s comeback, he may have other plans.
While the White House may be out of reach, Hollywood is calling—and Biden has already made his next big move.
The former president has reportedly signed with Creative Artists Agency (CAA), the powerhouse talent firm that reps Meryl Streep, Martha Stewart, and baseball sensation Shohei Ohtani.
If that name sounds familiar, it’s because Barack and Michelle Obama are also on CAA’s roster—though they’ve been busy lately swatting down rumors of a split.

This isn’t Biden’s first time with CAA. He was repped by the agency from 2017 to 2020, during which he released his memoir 'Promise Me, Dad' and embarked on a nationwide book tour that sold over 85,000 tickets. Now, he’s back, and CAA is rolling out the red carpet.
Hollywood elite rally around Joe Biden
In an Instagram post last month, CAA confirmed the news as its co-chairman Richard Lovett gushed over former president Joe Biden’s legacy.
"President Biden is one of America's most respected and influential voices in national and global affairs," Lovett declared, adding that his "commitment to public service" remains unmatched. "We are profoundly honored to partner with him again."

Biden’s Hollywood connections run deep. The Hollywood Reporter noted that Lovett, along with fellow CAA co-chairs Bryan Lourd and Kevin Huvane, were among the entertainment industry’s biggest backers of Biden and Harris during the 2024 campaign.
Speaking to Variety, Lovett insisted that Biden was still a force to be reckoned with and that he could have taken down Trump had he stayed in the race.
But instead of a campaign, Biden’s next chapter might look a lot more like a Netflix deal.
