Soulja Boy’s ex-girlfriend demands $10M from Blueface for allegedly defaming her and her child
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Soulja Boy’s girlfriend has requested the court to order Blueface to pay her a 7-figure compensation for allegedly issuing derogatory comments about her and her child.
Jackilyn Martinez has demanded $10.2 million in damages from the 27-year-old rapper, who is currently behind bars for a different case, reports RadarOnline. He is believed to be out by July.

Martinez reportedly asked for such a hefty amount for several reasons including $250K for future loss of earnings, $2.5 million for emotional distress, $5 million in punitive damages, and $2.5 million for pain and suffering.
As per reports, Martinez filed the lawsuit against Blueface in December last year, alleging that “the defamatory statements tended to directly injure and impugn [Martinez], with respect to [her] offices, professions, trades, vocational capacity, businesses, and reputation.”

She added, “The statements made about me are defamatory and false and my lawyers have sent a cease and desist to Blueface.”
Soulja Boy and Blueface had a verbal fight
The legal drama reportedly started when Boy and the ‘Thotiana’ singer got involved in a social media fight. Blueface allegedly told Martinez’s boyfriend, “I already f----- your baby mama… I already beat you to the punch. I f----- your baby mama the day before your baby shower.”
He reportedly claimed, “Till Soulja get a DNA test that's my child lil bro I'm the daddy now," and added, "What's old about your baby mama sucking my d---."

He also went on to slam Martinez after her lawyer took the action by adding, “Nobody ever said your name ... I don't even know who you are.”

Meanwhile, Boy and Martinez reportedly had a son together in 2022. In a now-deleted post, he said, as per Page Six, “Lil Soulja daddy love u.”
“This was an amazing birthday! Got to spend time with my own little family. Couldn’t get any better gift than having my baby boy here to celebrate,” Martinez added at the time.
