LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Spencer Pratt revealed that reaching out to Taylor Swift was his first move after his home, shared with his wife Heidi Montag, burned down in the Palisades Fire earlier this month.

On the 'Viall Files' podcast, Pratt explained that he sent an email to Swift “right away” but has yet to receive a response.

“That was night one. This is the email. This one is getting read. If you don’t get a response, that’s also a response," he shared.

Given this trend, Pratt speculated that Swift might be considering involving Montag in her upcoming 'Reputation' re-release.

“I think she’s just gonna have Heidi be involved in the ‘Rep[utation]’ announcement somehow. Like, an Easter egg for everyone or something,” he theorized.

Spencer Pratt is still holding onto hope

Despite the lack of response, Spencer Pratt remains optimistic about Taylor Swift replying. “I still haven’t given up,” he said.

“That was a big one night one. I was like, ‘House just burned down, Taylor. I need you,’” he said.

He later joked on the podcast, pleading with Swift to “email [him] back,” adding humorously, “I lost all the gifts you sent me.”

Pratt and Montag were among the first celebrities to lose their home in the recent wildfires that ravaged Los Angeles County.

Pratt’s parents’ home in the same neighborhood was also destroyed in the fires.

In the wake of the disaster, the couple documented their loss on TikTok, garnering nearly $25,000 in earnings from their videos and an additional $100,000 in direct fan donations.

Montag’s music also saw a resurgence, even hitting No 1 on iTunes.

Spencer Pratt says he held onto his Taylor Swift merchandise during the fire

While dealing with the tragedy, Pratt assured fans that his Swift merchandise survived the fire, according to Page Six.

Responding to a TikTok comment that suggested all of their “Swiftie crap” was lost, he silently zoomed in on a white and red Taylor Swift-themed sweater, soundtracked by Swift’s 'Ready For It.'

Taylor Swift’s response to the wildfires

On January 16, Taylor Swift acknowledged the devastation caused by the wildfires, donating an undisclosed amount to multiple charities assisting in relief efforts.

“So much suffering, loss, and destruction,” she shared.
