LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Steve Harvey has been accused of cheating by the family of Anthony Anderson on the recent episode of ‘Celebrity Family Feud’.

Anderson, who is a longtime friend of Harvey's, was facing record producer Robin Thicke and his team on the July 23 episode of the show, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Anthony Anderson wrongly thought he won the round

During the game, Steve Harvey asked, “Name an animal a man sounds like when they’re making love.”

Thicke answered, “Cow,” which equals 10 points, and was ranked number three.

Soon after that, Anderson replied, “A Bear,” which was also 10 points but ranked number two.

The 53-year-old comedian then went on to declare, “We gonna play, Steve!”

But Harvey interrupted saying, “It’s a tie.”

Anderson asked, “It’s a tie!? But my bear’s above his cow.”

To which, the host responded, “No, it’s a tie.”

Anthony Anderson’s mother calls Steve Harvey a ‘cheater’

But 71-year-old Doris Bowman, mother of ‘Blackish’ actor Anthony Anderson, did not hold back as she alleged they were “cheating already!”

Anderson, however, handled it by saying, “It’s okay.”

Steve Harvey shared an old incident

The latest incident happened years after Steve Harvey had shared an old story about himself and Anthony Anderson’s mom Doris Bowman.

He reportedly disclosed during an episode of Steve's syndicated talk show, which aired from 2012 to 2017, that “Miss Doris” once “talked to me so bad” and “so crazy” that she “scared me” as they played dominos.

The 67-year-old film producer even claimed that when he told her “Miss Doris, you can't talk to me like that!”, she hit back, “Well, what you gon' do?”

Anthony Anderson claimed his mom ‘speaks from the heart’

Earlier this year, Anthony Anderson spoke with Deadline about his mother.

He shared with the publication, “In television, you must walk a very tight line, but my mother speaks from the heart and tells it how it is and how she sees it. She gets to cuss a lot more in real life when it comes to me, but our chemistry is the same that you see on television, and I think that’s what’s so endearing about it.”

“What you see is what our real lives are like, and it’s our true relationship,” Anderson added.

Netizens ask ‘Isn't all for charity anyway?’

Meanwhile, people reacted online to the July 23 episode of ‘Celebrity Family Feud’.

A reader below The New York Post article wrote, “Even though the points were the same, one was ranked higher than the other and should be the winning answer. Otherwise, why rank answers at all? I don't know whether Steve Harvey made the call, or his producers, but I would question it as well.”

Another reader said, “They handle all ties like that. Happens all the time. Tie goes to whoever answers first.”

One posted, “So ragging on Jeopardy isn't enough for the NYP, now they're going after this show?”

“Isn't all for charity anyway?” an X user tweeted.

Another one added, “I can’t stand Anthony Anderson … eff him.”
