SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA: Marion Hugh "Suge" Knight recently warned his long-time rival Sean "Diddy" Combs that someone might hurt him in jail.

The Death Row Records co-founder, who is currently incarcerated at RJ Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, spoke with NewsNation's Chris Cuomo to discuss Diddy's arrest, as per Billboard.

Knight said, "I mean, one of the things is this: I don’t care who you are, prison and jail is a negative environment. Somebody can do something to him and get a name for themself, they gonna actually do it."

Suge Knight continued, "Or if they can do whatever they feel they gotta do to prove themself. But we also gotta learn… We gotta learn from our mistakes."

"Everything doesn’t have to be a mistake, you gotta better yourself. But we all know what we signed up for in life," added the 59-year-old, who was handed a 28-year prison sentence in 2018 after he pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter in the 2015 hit-and-run death of Terry Carter.

Knight, however, also mentioned that he would not say that Diddy is "in danger and neither should he say that."

"Because once he gets to the point where they feel he’s gonna be suicidal… you don’t have the rights to nothing: no socks, no drawers, no T-shirt, no blanket, no sheets. You’re naked in a cell as a crazy man, so he definitely don’t wanna do that," shared the record executive.

Suge Knight advises Sean 'Diddy' Combs to eat kosher meals in jail

Another piece of advice for Sean "Diddy" Combs from the 59-year-old convicted felon was to request kosher meals because they are nearly impossible to tamper.

He said, "Maybe he should get on the Jewish diet because the kosher meals is way better than the food somebody else is making for you."

"At least they gonna come hot. They gonna come sealed and you’re gonna be the one to open them. That’s very important," added Knight.

Elsewhere during the NewsNation interview, Knight dropped some more bombs, claiming Diddy did what "was taught from people before him, and he did it to the younger people after him."

He further stated, "Because this has been going on in the industry for a whole bunch of years, for decades, and at the same time. You know, nobody wanted to be true, and it shouldn’t have to be true."

Following his September 16 arrest, Diddy was sent to Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, the only federal jail in New York City.

Internet reacts to Suge Knight's remarks from NewsNation interview

Soon after Suge Knight's NewsNation interview was published on YouTube, netizens took to the comments section to share their thoughts.

One wrote, "He said a lot but didn’t say anything.  Fear is still there.  Diddy wasn’t running this himself.  Someone higher up needs to go down. Maybe a lot of people at the top."

Another said, "Suge a so smart. If you know you know. He says things without saying it.  He talks in codes. He sounds like he rambling, but he saying a WHOLE lot.  He can say DIRECTLY what he knows people."

"Chris, that was a great interview you just did with shuge knight.  You let him be himself authentic and unbiased, and to also learn the Hollywood culture. Thank you for stepping out the box," stated a person.

Someone else commented, "The entire industry is guilty and complicit  in this degenerate behavior."

"Idk if prison is the answer for some cases but Diddy I believe it is he done too much bad in his life his time has come now he must pay," remarked one more, while another person stated, "He's not specifically talking about Diddy. He's trying to get the media to focus on those above Diddy."
