LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Taylor Swift fans were already annoyed with country music artist Zach Bryan for tweeting that he believed Kanye West was superior to the pop star.

They are now accusing the 28-year-old of brazenly copying a number of Swift's tracks, citing musical similarities. For instance, they claim that Bryan's song 'Pink Skies' is a copy of Swift's 'Betty', as per Whiskey Riff.

Swifties claim Zach Bryan copied several of Taylor Swift's songs

Zach Bryan deactivated his X (formerly Twitter) account after his tweet comparing Taylor Swift to Kanye West drew intense backlash.

On the night of September 17, Bryan took to X to write, "Eagles > chiefs, Kanye > Taylor, who’s with me," which poked fun at both Swift and her Kansas City Chiefs tight end beau, Travis Kelce.

Following the backlash, Bryan deleted the tweet, apologized multiple times, and deactivated his X account. However, his Instagram account remains active.

Swifties were obviously not pleased with that interpretation, not only because they consider any criticism of Swift to be personal, but also because of West and Swift's long-standing feud, which dates back to the infamous 2009 MTV VMAs incident.

Her fans believe that Bryan's song 'Better Days', which featured John Mayer, was a ripoff of Swift's 'Dear John', a song she wrote about Mayer following their brief relationship.

The most intriguing tracks in which Swifties have discovered similarities are 'Should've Said No' from her 2006 self-titled debut album and Bryan's 'Let You Know' from his 2020 EP, 'Quiet, Heavy Dreams'.

Swifties drag Zach Bryan after noticing 'extreme similarities' in his and Taylor Swift's songs

In the YouTube comments section of the said songs, Swifties were adamant that Zach Bryan copied Taylor Swift.

One questioned, "Does no-one else notice the extreme similarities to 'should’ve said no' by taylor swift?????" and another wrote, "You should’ve said no to making something that sounds like Taylor Swift’s music. What is wrong with him."

"So he is getting sued for plagiarizing Should've Said No by Taylor Swift. And rightfully so, the intro is an exact copy," claimed a person, while someone else added, "Bro straight up copied 'Should have said no, should have gone home' and people in the comments be like 'this is raw country music.'"

One more remarked, "The intro is literally the same as Taylor Swifts on should've said no what a copy cat."

One on X (formerly Twitter) said, "The way it sounds identical like identicallll imma need tree to get him," attaching clips comparing Bryan and Swift's songs.

The user wrote in a follow-up tweet, "Ok pink skies and betty could be argued but let you down and should’ve said no are IDENTICAL."

"There was another comparing one of his songs to dear john (which just so happens to feature john mayer) but to me, it sounds like 'this love,'" shared a person.

"It always bothered me that pink skies sounded so similar to another song i knew, but couldn’t put my finger on it till now hearing them side by side makes it much more noticeable that he stole taylor’s songs," wrote one more.

A Swiftie added, "Everytime pink skies comes on in the car when boyfriend is playing music, I always think it’s Betty and I have to remind myself he’s not that much of a Swiftie"
