Swifties shred 'jealous' Fox News anchors for comparing Taylor Swift to cheerleaders at NFL games
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Taylor Swift has been a regular presence at NFL games to show her support for her partner, Kansas City Chiefs TI Travis Kelce.
However, some Fox News hosts expressed their disapproval of her appearances during a recent discussion.
In recent headlines, it was also reported that Kelce is contemplating ideas for a special engagement ring for Swift.
The NFL star has been in discussions with friends and relatives to ensure that the diamond ring he chooses for the 'Lover' singer will be unique.
Adding to the buzz, Swift also gained attention when a second cousin of the pop icon revealed he played a matchmaking role between Swift and Kelce.
Despite this, some critics have accused the couple of negatively impacting the image of the NFL with Swift's constant appearances.
Fox News hosts slam Taylor Swift's NFL appearances
According to Meidas Touch News, hosts of Fox and Friends Weekend voiced their opposition to Swift's presence at NFL games in response to former NFL coach Tony Dungy's comments about her appearances.
Dungy had expressed that Swift's appearance is disenchanting to football fans and detracts from the on-field action.
Fox host Will Cain agreed with Dungy, stating that what he said was "objectively true."
When host Rachel Campos-Duffy defended Swift, praising her appearance in Kansas City red and commending her as a great girlfriend to Kelce, Cain and Fox News host Pete Hegseth disagreed.
As reported by Meidas Touch News, Campos referred to it as "a love story" and questioned why they couldn't just embrace it. Cain responded, "Because I'm not watching football for a love story."

Hegseth joined the conversation, emphasizing the difficulty of playing football in negative 5-degree weather and expressing a desire to focus on the game, not Swift.
According to Meidas Touch, Campos then asked if they wanted to see a pretty girl during the game, to which Cain likened Swift to cheerleaders and stated, "That's what we have cheerleaders for." Hegseth concurred with Cain's comment.
Internet users call Fox News hosts 'stupid'
Swifties went on to call out the Fox News hosts, with one user asserting, "They are such losers. They complain about everything. Don’t watch football then, just like I don’t watch FOX news… problem solved."
