PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Sylvester Stallone made a surprise appearance at Mar-a-Lago on Thursday, November 14 night, where he introduced President-elect Donald Trump at the American First Policy Institute’s black-tie gala.

However, what caught people's attention after the event was a picture of the 'Rambo' actor where he stood between two women and reportedly had an unsettling appearance, according to OK Magazine.

In the new photo, the 'Rocky' star donned a black suit and white button-up shirt and was seen standing between two women. The Oscar-nominated actor's face looked noticeably different in the photo as if he was airbrushed, per the outlet.

Earlier at Mar-a-Lago, Stallone surprised onlookers familiar with the actor’s years-long history of denying any political affiliation. He said at the American First Policy Institute’s black-tie gala, "I’m very, very proud to be here, I didn’t expect this."

The 'Expendables' actor added, "When I did Rocky, if you remember the first image was a picture of Jesus that says ‘Resurrection AC Club.’ I found a church that had been converted to a boxing ring. So the image pans out from Jesus onto Rocky being hit and at that moment he was the chosen person, and that’s how I began the journey."

He continued, "Something was going to happen, this man was going to go through a metamorphosis and change lives, just like President Trump."

During his speech, he labeled Trump a 'mythical character' and added that he was in "awe" of the President-elect. He said, "I love mythology and this individual does not exist on this planet. Nobody in the world could pull off what he pulled off."

He also went as far as to call Trump the "The second George Washington." The actor said, "I’ll just say this, and I mean it. When George Washington defended his country, he had no idea that he was going to change the world, because without him, you can imagine what the world would look like. Guess what? We’ve got the second George Washington. Congratulations."

A user wrote on X, "Why does his face look like a N64 render?" while one added, "Wow. He went from Rocky, to Rocky Horror Picture Show."

A person also stated, "Remarkably, I’m going to say Sly has had the most plastic surgery out of those three," whereas one mentioned, "Looks like an ad for a plastic surgeon."

A user also wrote, "81% Human Tissue 19% Plastic" while one commented, "Soon to be the only microplastics allowed in Mar-a-Lago."

A person also mentioned, "Is there some kind of rule that only people who have had plastic surgery are allowed into Trumpland?"
