Tallulah Willis opens up about navigating her relationship with her ex-stepdad Ashton Kutcher
"I have a lot to say on this! Especially how to move through an ex-step parent," Tallulah Willis wrote, referencing her own experience when her mother, Demi Moore, married Ashton Kutcher in 2005. At the time, Tallulah was just 11.
When someone in the comments asked if she meant Kutcher, Tallulah responded, "This maybe should have been a private message lol but yes I have personal experience with this."
In subsequent comments, she wrote, "It's an important conversation tbh," and "Also. No one needs to be bad guy for a situation to be healed. there's room for everyone."

Tallulah has previously shared how the early days of her mother's relationship with Kutcher were tough for her. In an episode of 'Stars on Mars' in 2023, she described herself as going through a "total dumpster fire" during that period.
"I knew my parents had this job that made them, like, these big figures, and it allowed us to do some cool things, but I didn’t really get it at the time," she admitted, adding, "There was a lot going on. And I really went inside of myself and that did send me into a total dumpster fire."
Reflecting on coming to terms with her family’s fame, especially during her parents' separation and her mother's marriage to Kutcher, Tallulah said, "It was really hard, and I’m still unpacking However, I found the other side of that, which is like I really love myself now, and I love my family. I love my family."
Moore tied the knot with Kutcher in 2005, five years after her split from the 'Die Hard' actor. At the time, Kutcher was 25, 15 years her junior. They divorced in 2013, and in 2015, Kutcher married Mila Kunis, his co-star from 'That '70s Show'.
Ashton Kutcher opens up about raising Demi Moore's daughters
Ashton Kutcher, who helped raise Demi Moore’s daughters during their eight-year marriage, spoke with care and respect about the experience. In a 2020 podcast interview, he said he never tried to be their father but still makes a "conscious effort to stay in touch."

“Tallulah was 8 or 9, she was the youngest. Rumer was 12 or 13 when we first started dating,” he shared. “By the time we were getting divorced, Tallulah was about to graduate from high school.”
Reflecting on his role as their stepfather, he said, “I was helping raise teenage girls through their adolescence. I love them. I’m never going to stop loving them and respecting them and honoring them and rooting for them to be successful in whatever they are pursuing,” noting that he still roots for all three sisters, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah.

He explained, "I was never trying to be their father. I always had respect and honored Bruce (Willis), and I think he’s a brilliant human being and a wonderful man. If they don’t want an engagement with me, I’m not going to force it upon them. But they all do and it’s great."
