NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s recent PDA-packed appearance at the US Open has set the internet ablaze with discussions about whether their romance is real or just a cleverly orchestrated PR stunt.

Body language expert analyzes Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's 'Human Emoji' PDA

While the internet buzzed with theories, UK-based body language expert Judi James weighed in, exclusively analyzing the couple’s interactions at the US Open, as per Daily Mail.

According to James, the singer and NFL star were not just showing affection; they were crafting a narrative of "a very dreamy, idealistic version of being in love."

“When you're trying to disprove 'fauxmance' rumors, the most effective and convincing route is to laugh them off. Ignore them,” she explained.

"They should be water off the proverbial duck's back to a couple in love, but for a high-profile, A-list power couple whose relationship is a meeting of brands as well as minds and hearts, it will be tempting to perform the gruesome and challenging 'denial' ritual that involves proving to the world that your emotions have not been forged in some PR's office."

"Taylor and Travis appear to have taken the 'human emoji' route to proving their passion to the world by adopting a series of poses here that emphatically define a very dreamy, idealistic version of being in love," she added.

And perform, they did. The couple's affection was on full display: cuddling, kissing, and even dancing to 'I Believe in a Thing Called Love' by The Darkness.

"If this were any one other than the ever-enthusiastic Taylor these might look like over-kill rituals," she continued.

"But she and Travis have never fought shy of the cameras since they hooked up, or been understated in their PDAs which needs to be factored in when it comes to any accusations of a lack of authenticity."

She added, "Taylor is a woman who adorably throws herself into everything with total, cosplay-style commitment and effort."

Judi James pointed out that Swift, known for her enthusiastic embrace of everything she does, is not shy in front of the cameras, and her "cosplay-style commitment" to her relationships might explain the seemingly intense PDA.

"Her body language shows her almost swooning with romantic love as she stands with Travis' arm about her waist and her face to the crowds and cameras," James noted,

She highlighted, "She even raises one arm up to bare her armpit and under arm as she caresses his neck. She pulls at his cardigan at one point to flirtatiously get his attention and she touches his face tenderly to plant a romantic kiss on his lips."

"All this is done standing and in full view, as is her rousing singing that involves playfully slapping Travis on the chest to encourage him to join in."

Swift's choice of a red gingham dress and a heart-shaped ring at the event seemed to further underline her lovestruck image, with James interpreting it as a symbol of her "totally, girlishly smitten" state.

It’s a familiar look for Swift, who is known for her public displays of affection and not shying from expressing her feelings, both on stage and off.

Fake breakup document rocks Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's romance

All the US Open PDA unfolded after an unexpected twist emerged when a document allegedly detailing their breakup plan surfaced on Reddit.

The document, which claimed to be from Kelce's PR company Full Scope, outlined a strategy for the couple to release an official statement regarding their split on September 28, as per Daily Mail.

However, Full Scope quickly denounced the document as "entirely false and fabricated," insisting it was never created, issued, or authorized by their agency.

In response, Full Scope's representatives stated that legal action is being pursued to identify those behind the forgery, although they admitted that finding the culprit may be challenging.

"We have engaged our legal team to initiate proceedings against the individuals or entities responsible for the unlawful and injurious forgery of documents," a spokesman for the firm said.

Despite the drama, insiders revealed that Swift and Travis were unfazed by the fake breakup document.

In fact, the couple found the entire situation amusing, with Swift reportedly viewing the forgery as "hilarious AI realness."

According to a source who spoke to Daily Mail, she typically brushes off such rumors and didn’t deem the document worthy of an official response.

"They and Travis had a good laugh over it, and his camp only got lawyers involved because it is his PR firm listed on the document," the insider explained.

Rather than allowing the rumors to dictate their narrative, the pair seems to be planning a clever comeback on their supposed "breakup date."

September 28 holds a coincidental alignment with both the start of the NFL season and National Beer Drinking Day, presenting the perfect opportunity for Swift and Kelce to flip the script.
