The two are inseparable in almost every activity they engage in, so Swifties were disappointed recently to learn that their dreams of seeing Swift and the Chiefs tight end walk down the red carpet at this year’s Met Gala have been dashed.
According to recent reports, the music sensation and Kelce have denied the Met Gala invitation. Fans are speculating that Swift’s Eras tour, which is set to open in Europe at the same time, is the cause of the singer-songwriter’s rejection.

The sources further voiced that the singer constantly fears that things might hit the ground due to her immense fame seemingly being a burden on Kelce.
The source dished, "She wants a happy ending with Travis. She is worried about jinxing things." Elaborating on the singer's concerns, the source asserts, "She is nervous something will mess things up."
The source asserts that the Super Bowl-winning tight end seems totally at ease with being in the spotlight. He’s got his own podcast, and he even did a reality dating show called 'Catching Kelce', which has brought a fair share of fame to him.
According to Page Six, insiders reveal, "There’s very little oxygen between her life and fame. Travis is a peacock, but he has never dated a celeb before, and she is one of the most famous women in the world. Right now he is enjoying everything and she is hoping that it stays like that."
The insiders stress that the singer wants Kelce to keep on enjoying the fame she carries rather than finding himself exhausted by it.
