Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is set to resume in London at Wembley Stadium on Thursday, marking her first performance since authorities foiled a planned attack on her concerts in Vienna. London’s Metropolitan Police have stated that there are no current threats to the concerts in the British capital, and security measures are in place to ensure the safety of attendees. Wembley Stadium has advised that only ticket holders will be allowed near the venue during the performances, with those loitering outside being moved on by security.

Former UK counterterrorism coordinator Nick Aldworth emphasized the importance of evaluating any potential residual threats but noted that canceling or postponing the concerts would be an extreme and likely unnecessary response if security measures are deemed sufficient.
