Travis Kelce throws gloves at young Taylor Swift fan in a heartwarming gesture
Travis Kelce delighted a Taylor Swift fan during the Kansas City Chiefs training camp at Missouri Western State University on Friday, July 26. The 34-year-old NFL star was captured on video by Becky Hardin, the fan’s aunt, as he threw his yellow football gloves, marked with his number 87, into a crowd.
He aimed the gloves at a young girl wearing a red Swift-themed Chiefs T-shirt. The girl’s family erupted in cheers when she caught the gloves, and a man in the crowd shouted his thanks to Kelce.

Griff still battles stage fright despite touring with Taylor Swift
In just three years, Griff has skyrocketed from recording songs in her bedroom to touring with Coldplay and Taylor Swift. Her rapid rise even inspired the title of her debut album, 'Vertigo'. While her success has been meteoric, it wasn’t unexpected as she was named a rising star by the Brit Awards and featured on the BBC's new talent hotlist in 2021.
Born Sarah Faith Griffiths, Griff signed with Warner Records in 2019, and her emotionally charged pop songs gained traction during the pandemic through what she termed her "lockdown content hustle."
With hits like "Black Hole" and high-profile support slots for artists such as Ed Sheeran and Dua Lipa, Griff faced the challenge of winning over massive crowds.
She adapted by focusing on upbeat, danceable sets, understanding that audiences crave fun and energy. Despite her fear of performing and stage nerves, Griff finds a unique thrill in seeing fans connect with her music, especially when entire stadiums light up in response.
The 'Mirror Talk' star remarked, "I think I've learned that nerves never go away. Like, I get sick to the stomach every single time. But it’s a unique high, having people sing [your words] back to you."
Though her extensive touring delayed her debut album, 'Vertigo' was met with enthusiasm, debuting at No 3 on the UK chart.

Taylor Swift reveals how she did her own hair, makeup, and styling for 'Folklore' album cover
During her second Eras Tour show in Hamburg, Germany, on Wednesday, July 24, Taylor Swift opened up about the creation of her eighth studio album, 'Folklore'.
Reflecting on the album’s production during the Covid-19 pandemic, Swift shared that she had to style herself for the album cover. In a fan-captured TikTok video, she explained that without access to professional hair, makeup, or wardrobe teams, she had to take matters into her own hands.
Swift revealed she used her friend’s forest for the photo shoot, ordered nightgowns online, and did her own hair and makeup, including the album's signature plaited space buns.

Easter eggs to watch out for at the Victoria & Albert Museum's Taylor Swift exhibition
This summer, London’s Victoria & Albert Museum is hosting a unique free exhibition titled "Taylor Swift: Songbook Trail," open till September 8.
Swifties are already flocking to the museum to see 16 of the pop star’s iconic outfits from her music videos, tours, and red carpet appearances, along with instruments, awards, and previously unseen personal items.
Instead of a standalone exhibit, the items are scattered throughout the museum, creating a treasure hunt experience as visitors explore the museum’s historical artifacts alongside Swift’s memorabilia.
The exhibition, curated by Kate Bailey and designed by Tom Piper, integrates the pop star's items into the museum’s existing architecture and collections.
Each of the 13 stops on the trail features theatrical displays and is organized non-chronologically, reflecting the structure of Swift’s Eras tour.
The first stop, showcasing the 'Lover' era, includes Swift’s Versace shirt and loafers from the music video for 'The Man', as well as her director’s chair and the Best Director VMA she won.
The project, which had a tight turnaround to align with the Eras Tour's second leg in London, aims to blend spectacle with intimacy, mirroring the feel of Swift’s performances.
