After explicit deepfake images of Swift circulated widely on X (formerly Twitter) in January, there have been heightened calls for stricter regulations regarding deepfake technology.

The organization Reality Defender reported a surge in nonconsensual pornographic material featuring Taylor Swift, especially on the X platform. In response to these incidents, a new letter titled 'Disrupting the Deepfake Supply Chain' has emerged.

Travis Kelce, aged 34, landed in Sydney ahead of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour performances scheduled for the weekend.

The tight end had flown to Australia after a recent golfing trip to Las Vegas, which took place following his and the Kansas City Chiefs' victory in the Super Bowl earlier this month.

Guardian Australia’s live blog of Taylor Swift’s inaugural Melbourne concert received an overwhelming response, surpassing all expectations.

There were also contributions from those fortunate enough to attend in person, as well as from fans eagerly anticipating Swift’s forthcoming performances in Sydney.

Among them was Damien, who, along with his daughters Daisy, 14, and Summer, 11, followed the blog closely from their residence in Bendigo, Victoria. The following morning, Damien shared his emotional response to Giselle Au-Nhien Nguyen’s concert review via email, describing himself as a "blubbering mess."

Emma Stone pledges to refrain from teasing Taylor Swift ever again

In a recent interview with Variety, conducted alongside Poor Things director Yorgos Lanthimos, the 35-year-old actress addressed her previous remarks made backstage at the 2024 Golden Globes, where she jokingly referred to Swift, aged 34, as an "a*****e."

Stone admitted that the backlash she received from Swift's fans served as a valuable lesson. "I definitely won’t make a joke like that again… because I saw headlines that really pulled it out of context," Stone told Variety. Reflecting on her mistake, she humorously pointed to herself and remarked, "What a dope."
