Taylor Swift shatters Wembley Record at the end of her UK Tour
Taylor Swift concluded the European leg of her Eras Tour with a record-breaking performance at Wembley Stadium, filled with surprises.
She was joined on stage by Florence + The Machine and Jack Antonoff of Bleachers, premiered a new music video, and gave the first live performance of 'So Long, London.'
This was her eighth concert at Wembley this summer, surpassing Michael Jackson's record for most solo performances at the venue during a single tour.
Swift expressed her gratitude to fans, noting, "You just made me the first solo artist to ever play Wembley eight times in a single tour."
Her achievement also tied 'Take That's overall record for the most nights at Wembley on a single tour. The tour, which spanned two years and 131 dates, played to nearly 1.2 million people in the UK alone, contributing an estimated £1 billion to the country's economy.
The impact was so significant that a team of geophysicists in Edinburgh recorded seismic waves generated by fans dancing during her performance at Murrayfield Stadium.

Taylor Swift drops a big announcement, and fans lose it
Fans were left disappointed when Taylor Swift did not announce the release date for 'Reputation' (Taylor's Version) during her final London Eras Tour show on August 20.
However, Swift made up for it by premiering a new music video for 'I Can Do It With a Broken Heart' from her album 'The Tortured Poets Department.'
The video, which quickly appeared on YouTube, delighted fans who flooded the comments with excitement.
Reactions included praise for Swift's surprise gift, with one fan commenting, "Mother never stops being the best mother," and others expressing their joy over the behind-the-scenes footage and the randomness of the surprise.
Many had speculated about a 'Reputation' (Taylor's Version) announcement due to perceived hints, such as Swift’s new bodysuit design and a stage move reminiscent of the album's snake imagery.
Despite these predictions, fans left the concert with a new music video and two surprise guest appearances, rather than the expected album announcement.
Swift will take a two-month break before resuming her Eras Tour on October 18 with shows in Miami.
