Kanye West's streak of debuting at the top spot on the Billboard 200 has been stopped by Taylor Swift's 'The Tortured Poets Department'. The album is not only the pop star's longest-running No 1 album in the USA but also made a reappearance at the No 1 spot this week.
Ye, or Kanye West's 'Vultures 2' - a companion album with Ty Dolla $ign, debuted at the second position on Billboard 200. Swift's 'TTPD' made a comeback in the 14th non-consecutive week, and has earned 142,000 equivalent album units.

Post Malone praises Taylor Swift's level of 'fame'
Post Malone, who has recently collaborated with Tayor Swift for her 'The Tortured Poets Department', praised the superstar for her level of fame, while saying that he "can't even imagine" being there. In his The New York Times profile, Malone opened up about his experience of working with Swift and Beyonce while talking about witnessing the pop stars handling their massive level of fame.
The musician shared, "I can’t even imagine being at their level — it must suck," before adding, "That’s so much pressure." He, however, noted that he's "just honored to be in these people’s vicinity," no matter how top-secret their work is.
Taylor Swift’s hit song 'August' makes a comeback
Knowingly or unknowingly, Taylor Swift has released a song that has a track record of becoming an annual hit. Swift's song 'August' made its spectacular debut in 2020 through her 'Folklore' album. Since then, the song has been a regular on the charts when its namesake month comes.
Without fail, the song has made a comeback to the US and worldwide charts as August started. 'August' has found its place on three Billboard tallies including the America-specific roster. It also found a place on the Alternative Streaming Songs chart with the 25th position.

Blackpink's Lisa is a Swiftie and she never hides it. Recently, appearing in Elle's cover story, the K-pop sensation praised the 14-time Grammy-winning singer and her tenacity to perform continuously for three hours for her Eras Tour shows.
Lisa, who attended Swift's Singapore concert in March, raved, “She’s incredible!” before adding, “Singing alone on a stage for three and a half hours is crazy…I maybe could do it with a lot of practice.” After attending the show, she clicked a picture with Swift from the backstage that she shared on her Instagram with the caption, “Had such a blast at The Eras Tour! Amazing performance @taylorswift."
Taylor Swift once revealed that her 'biggest fear' was a terror attack during her concerts
In the wake of the foiled attack at the venue of Taylor Swift's Vienna concerts, an old article has recently gone viral where Swift revealed that her biggest fear was experiencing a terror attack at her concert. In an article for Elle in 2019, Swift wrote, "After the Manchester Arena bombing and the Vegas concert shooting, I was completely terrified to go on tour this time because I didn't know how we were going to keep 3 million fans safe over seven months."
"There was a tremendous amount of planning, expense, and effort put into keeping my fans safe," continued Swift, who was referencing the suicide bombing after an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England, and the shooting during Jason Aldean's Route 91 Harvest Festival performance in Las Vegas. Both incidents took place in 2017
