Joe Alwyn, Taylor Swift's former beau, has reportedly secured a comfortable financial future thanks to his contributions as a songwriter on several of Swift's hit songs. During their six-year relationship, Alwyn co-wrote several iconic tracks with Swift, leading to substantial royalties and returns. Alwyn's involvement in co-writing songs like 'Exile', 'Betty', 'Champagne Problems', 'Coney Island', 'Evermore', and 'Sweet Nothing', across three of Swift's albums have proven lucrative. According to sources cited by Life & Style magazine, Alwyn's earnings from royalties and returns from Swift's Eras tour have ensured that he "doesn’t ever need to worry about money again."

Alwyn has earned at least $2.3 million from streams alone, contributing to his reported net worth of $4 million. Although the exact sum earned from Swift's projects remains undisclosed, it's evident that Alwyn's involvement has significantly boosted his financial standing.

During a recent episode of 'Jeopardy: Tournament of Champions', all three contestants were left stumped by a Taylor Swift question, much to their amusement and chagrin.

In the 'Songs of Youth' category, host Ken Jennings presented the $400 clue, which referenced a Taylor Swift song inspired by her friend's experience of love at a certain age. The prompt read, "Inspired by her bestie, Tay Tay sang when 'somebody tells you they love you' at this title age 'you're gonna believe them'."

Despite their best efforts, none of the contestants could provide the correct answer. Troy Meyer guessed 17, while Yogesh Raut opted for 22. However, the correct response was 'Fifteen', referring to Swift's country pop song from her album 'Fearless', released in 2008. After the reveal, Meyer jokingly remarked, "We're gonna get killed for that," acknowledging the likelihood of facing scrutiny from Swift's passionate fanbase.

Country music icon Reba McEntire has taken to social media to address and correct a misreporting regarding comments attributed to her about Taylor Swift.

A screenshot shared on Instagram by McEntire revealed a Facebook post from America Loves Liberty, which wrongly attributed quotes to McEntire criticizing Swift's behavior during the 2024 Super Bowl. The post claimed McEntire referred to Swift as "an entitled little brat" for allegedly making a mockery of the event.

McEntire, in her Instagram caption, refuted the claims, stating she did not make such remarks. She urged her followers not to believe everything they see on the internet, emphasizing her respect for Swift as an artist and role model.

The country music star’s post also praised Swift for her contributions to the music world. “Taylor is a wonderful artist, strong role model and has done so much good for so many people and the music industry,”

Former Rep George Santos sparked controversy with a tongue-in-cheek prediction about Taylor Swift's potential political endorsement. On Saturday, Santos humorously speculated that Swift would endorse President Joe Biden, citing her penchant for songs about choosing the wrong romantic partners.

Santos' jest referenced Swift's previous endorsement of Biden in the 2020 presidential election. Despite the humorous tone, Swift's political activism is well-known, as she has actively encouraged voter registration and participation among her followers. While Santos has not formally endorsed former President Donald Trump for the 2024 election, his comment adds to the ongoing political discourse surrounding Swift and her potential involvement in future campaigns.

Santos, who faced expulsion from Congress last year, is currently seeking reelection in New York's 1st Congressional District. Despite lacking endorsements in his second campaign, Santos remains active in political circles.
