When the singer reached the lyric, "Cause forgiveness is a nice thing to do," Swift threw both hands into her hair and burst into an extended chuckle, prompting applause from the audience.

Swifties reacted fervently to the performance choices, taking to social media to highlight that the concert coincided with Braun's 43rd birthday and occurred just a day after his announcement of retirement from music management.

Despite never mentioning the businessman by name, the 14-time Grammy winner has spoken out about their ongoing dispute over his purchase of her first six albums in 2019.

In 2019, Braun became entangled in an infamous issue involving Swift, following the music mogul's acquisition of her master recordings from Big Machine Records CEO Scott Borchetta.
