FOXBOROUGH, MASSACHUSETTS: Taylor Swift's father made his first appearance at a Kansas City Chiefs game on Sunday, December 17, 2023, and the Swifties are gushing about the father-daughter duo.

As Travis Kelce's team was seen taking on the New England Patriots, the 12-time Grammy-winning megastar was seen cheering from the stands. Dressed in a patent KC Chiefs' crewneck sweater, red striped beanie, and black tights, Swift was a vision as she was present at the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, to see the Chiefs clinch a victory over the Patriots.

Swift's father, who has been a sworn Philadelphia Eagles supporter in the past, was also seen donning Chiefs gear to support the team of his daughter's boyfriend.

Scott was also seen sharing Taylor Swift's birthday cake with their suite neighbors.

Also in attendance were Swift's friends Brittany Mahomes and Ashley Avignone.

While Kelce started dating the 'Lavender Haze' singer, he has also developed an adorable friendship with her girlfriend's father. The duo was seen dancing to Swift's songs as she performed at one of her concerts in Argentina and had dinner together.

Kelce and Scott Swift have developed such a deep bond that Swifties started calling them each other's "besties".

Swifties showered their love on the pop star as the images of Taylor Swift sharing an adorable moment with her father Scott during the Chiefs vs Patriots game went viral.

One of the fans gushed about their familial love and said, "Family first🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼."

Travis Kelce reportedly asked Scott for blessing

The appearance of Taylor Swift's father in a Chiefs game happened just days after it was reported that Travis Kelce allegedly asked for his blessings for marriage and was in search of a ring to propose.

A source close to Kelce revealed to Page Six that the Kansas City Chiefs tight ender has asked for blessing and Scott gave his permission most gleefully. The insider also added that it's “very probable” that the lovebirds will spend the holidays together.

They added, “Scott has been asked for his blessing and has wholeheartedly given it, and Travis has been talking to friends about a ring," making the couple's fans anticipate an engagement soon.

The 'Love Story' songstress is currently on a break from performing in her 'The Eras Tour' and will make a comeback in February 2024. She will reportedly be spending the hiatus in Kelce's $6 million mansion in Kansas City.
