LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Taylor Swift has gone through a huge transformation over the years.

Her early years were mostly about curly hair and nude lips, which have now changed to bleach blonde and bold lips.

However, the most dramatic change has been her much straightened posture in recent years, as reported by the Daily Mail.

What did Taylor Swift do to change her posture?

The pop sensation’s pictures from 2010 and 2015 show her with a slightly hunched back. However, her recent snaps from the Eras tour showed her with a perfect posture.

The transformation has attracted a lot of attention with experts weighing in with their thoughts.

Michael Boshnack, who calls himself a certified posture coach and goes by the handle postureguymike on social media, shared that Swift “has a rounded upper back and forward head posture.”

He explained, “This can cause our heads to weigh up to a 40lb bowling ball and may lead to putting stress and tension on the spine,” before recommeding an exercise that can solve the problem.

Experts says exercise is the answer to Taylor Swift's better posture

Boshnack asks people to lie on their backs with their legs uplifted and angled at 90 degrees over a stool while taking breaths. “Hold for five minutes to allow gravity to gently improve your head position,” he added.

Another Swiss-based stretching studio StretchingLausanne reportedly posted a video, titled ‘How did Taylor Swift fix her posture’, online that showed multiple exercises that could have helped the ‘Cruel Summer’ singer fix her slumped frame.

Physiotherapist claims there’s no ‘magic sports bra’ to Taylor Swift's better posture

Referring to a bra, from fitness brand Forme, which the Grammy-winner hitmaker wore during rehearsals for the Eras tour in 2023, Ginader wrote in the caption, “Before her billion dollar Era’s Tour, Taylor Swift put in absolute WORK. She mostly rehearsed in this sports bra to help her improve her posture while performing.”

“But make no mistake, it was the tireless work that she put in that helped her with that, not some magic sports bra,” he asserted.

He also reportedly explained in the video, “It's not strong enough to hold you in that posture. It's your muscles doing all the work, rather than the fabric.”

“It was the amount of work training and strengthening Taylor did in preparation for the tour that did most of the work. The bra was just a gentle coach,” Ginader added.
