Taylor Swift’s dad Scott wins hearts with ‘kind’ gesture at singer’s London Eras Tour concert

LONDON, ENGLAND: Swifties were moved to tears by a heartfelt gesture from Taylor Swift’s father, Scott Kingsley Swift, during Taylor’s recent Eras Tour concert at Wembley Stadium on August 17.

Scott went above and beyond to make the event special by providing an array of treats, including chicken tenders, cakes, and cookies, for fans. 

His generous act of ensuring every fan was well-fed while enjoying his superstar daughter's performance turned him into a hero in the eyes of the crowd, prompting an outpouring of praise and admiration for the pop star's supportive dad.

Taylor Swift’s father offers yummy treat to fans

In a heartwarming video shared by TikTok user Stephanie Niemiec, Taylor Swift’s dad, Scott Kingsley Swift was captured strolling along the line of attendees at Wembley Stadium during one of Taylor's mid-August Eras Tour shows in London. 

With a plate of chicken tenders in hand, Scott was seen distributing the tasty treats to concertgoers. The TikToker, who received a piece of chicken from Scott, expressed her gratitude.

"Scott handing out chicken during style somehow makes sense," she wrote on the video.

In the video’s caption, the fan tagged Taylor and included a heartfelt thank-you message: “Tell your dad I said thank you, it was just what I needed ???? @TaylorSwift #taylorswift #swifttok #londontstheerastour #chicken #london #erastour”

Scott’s thoughtful gesture wasn’t a first; he had previously been seen distributing sandwiches to fans at a Sydney concert earlier in the year. Fans were once again impressed, with some calling the act “ICONIC.”

Both Scott and Taylor’s mom, Andrea Swift, attended the Eras Tour shows at Wembley Stadium last week.

During the August 15 show, Taylor Swift was joined by her longtime friend Ed Sheeran. Together, they performed their songs 'End Game' and 'Everything Has Changed', as well as Sheeran’s hit track 'Thinking Out Loud'.

Swift still has two more shows scheduled at Wembley on August 19 and 20 before her international tour takes a break until mid-October, as per People.
