Taylor Swift's fan reveals incredible story behind music icon's Chiefs jacket
In a TikTok video, lifelong Swiftie Court shared an incredible story about Taylor Swift’s recent Chiefs game appearance, revealing the surprising backstory behind the jacket Swift wore.
Court claimed that Taylor’s stylist had purchased her vintage Kansas City Chiefs bomber jacket online, which was then worn by the pop icon during the game. "Y’all, Taylor Swift was wearing my old jacket at the Chiefs game tonight," she excitedly revealed.
The jacket, which Swift wore to Arrowhead Stadium, featured bold black leather with red and yellow details on the sleeves, as well as large arrowhead logos and "Chiefs" emblazoned on the back.

After spotting the jacket on Taylor Swift, Court decided to investigate further. "And so I was like, ‘Did we sell that on eBay? So I checked with my dad and he was like, ‘Yeah isn’t that the one that went out to California?" she said. After checking with her dad, who confirmed the jacket had been sold, Court dove into her eBay sales records to track its journey, confirming that it had been shipped to Los Angeles.
Interestingly, Swift didn’t make the purchase herself, but Court discovered that the order had been placed by none other than Taylor’s stylist, Joseph Cassell Falconer.
Court, who has been a Swiftie for nearly two decades, admitted, "I’m a longtime Swiftie — I’m talking like almost 20 years — and even I don’t know the name of her stylist and that is who bought the jacket."
She even shared a screenshot of her eBay listing, which featured the same photo of the jacket Swift wore, priced at $169. Although she blurred out the buyer’s name, the evidence was clear.
Court also noticed a small, distinctive flaw in the jacket, which was visible both in the eBay listing and in photos of Swift wearing it. "So, we checked and double checked and not only is it the exact same jacket, but also in the pictures that we had listed on eBay, you can kind of see, like, a bend in it," Court said, comparing the two images.
Thrilled by the discovery, she expressed her gratitude, "I am freaking out. So thank you to Taylor’s stylists for buying the jacket. As a lifelong Chiefs fan and a ‘Super Swiftie,’ this is the coolest thing to ever happen to me!"
