LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Taylor Swift's devoted fanbase, affectionately called "Swifties", slammed Travis Kelce's former girlfriend Kayla Nicole after she responded sharply to them following an online exchange ahead of the release of Swift's latest album titled 'The Tortured Poets Department' (TTPD).

Nicole had previously drawn significant attention from the singer's fans when she compared the Swifties to a cult. Additionally, she reached out with heartfelt condolences and support to Kylie Kelce, Travis' sister-in-law, following the loss of her pet dog.

Kayla Nicole slams Swifties ahead of Taylor Swift's album release

According to Page Six, Travis Kelce's former girlfriend seemingly fired back at Swift's fans just a few hours before the drop of the singer's eleventh studio album titled 'The Tortured Poets Department'.

In a tweet, she wrote, "I’m unproblematic. Mind my business. Never respond to the constant vitriol. Solid as they come & don’t expect a pat on the back for it either. Just know everyone has a breaking point & would love for “yall” (because you know exactly who you are) to leave me alone."

This tweet was a response to the barrage of criticism Nicole faced from Swift's fans after a previous tweet. In that post, Nicole seemingly hinted at her exhaustion with the constant stream of album releases, including Swift's 'The Tortured Poets Department', which was released on April 19.

In her earlier tweet, Nicole said, "There’s just no way I can fully digest all these new albums. I’m still on Cowboy Carter. 🫠"

Many Swifties interpreted Nicole's words as a dig against Swift's highly anticipated project.
