Taylor Swift's dream was to 'die on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation'
The 34-year-old 'Bad Blood' hitmaker debuted as an actress in 2009 after landing her "dream" role as the lead on her favorite series, 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.'
The singer, who was 19 at the time, appeared in an episode called 'Turn, Turn, Turn' as Haley Jones, a disturbed kid turned murder victim with a dark family history.
The episode started a year earlier, when Haley befriended George Eads' character, CSI Nick Stokes, while he was looking into crimes at the motel she was staying at.
Swift, who is renowned for her blonde hair and fresh-faced appearances, underwent a shocking gothic makeover featuring facial piercings, smoky eye makeup, and raven locks.
The drama escalated when Haley turned up dead after a stabbing in a parking lot. Swift shocked her mother, Andrea Swift in sequences when she played a bleeding corpse in the autopsy room, per Daily Mail.

The 'Fortnight' hitmaker said in a 2009 interview with MTV: "All my friends know that my dream is to die on CSI. I've always wanted to be one of the characters on there that they're trying to figure out what happened to."
"The character Nick Stokes, it's his crime that he deals with. It was really cool, because he's my favorite character."
Referring to her mother, Swift added: "My mom was freaked out. I was open-eye dead, literally had to stare off into nothing and not breathe during the close ups... not flinch or anything."
Swift also made an unexpected appearance in the 'New Girl' season two finale in 2013 starring Zooey Deschanel.
At the time, Swift had just released her fourth album, 'Red,' and was on the verge of becoming a superstar with the release of '1989.'
Taylor Swift currently in the final months of her Eras Tour
Swift is presently wrapping up her The Eras Tour and maintaining a high-profile relationship with 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
Following Kelce's onstage appearance with the pop diva during her Eras Tour performance in London, an insider revealed that the couple is very close to celebrating their first anniversary and that they "really are very, very happy together."
The insider told People, "They’re very serious about each other, and the relationship feels different for both of them." The source further gushed that they "have so much fun together."
Swift is presently finishing up the European and UK portion of her world tour, and the duo are making the most of their time together before Kelce returns to the Chiefs training camp on July 21.
The insider said, "Football is definitely still his priority but so is his relationship. He makes romantic gestures to show he’s thinking of her when they’re apart. She’s going to try to attend as many games as possible."
Previously, during an appearance on the 'Bussin' With the Boys' podcast, Kelce raved about how he "really" began to fall for Swift the moment he witnessed "how genuine she is around friends, family."
The Chiefs tight end said that although they wish "to keep things private," they are not concealing anything.
