'Teen Mom' Cast: Where are they now?
The 'Teen Mom' cast has had a long journey. First aired in December 2009, the series was the first spin-off from '16 and Pregnant'. The first season followed the lives of four teenage moms, all of whom had different experiences: Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, Amber Portwood, and Farrah Abraham. After the fifth season, the show changed its name to 'Teen Mom' (sometimes also called 'Teen Mom OG'), and the other spinoffs also featured the different cast members of '16 and Pregnant'. 'Teen Mom 2' aired in 2011, 'Teen Mom 3' in 2013, and 'Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant' and 'Teen Mom: Young Moms Club' both debuted in 2018. Farrah Abraham
Former 'Teen Mom' star Farrah Abraham welcomed her daughter Sophia in 2009. In 2018, Abraham announced that the 'Teen Mom' series was "hateful" and "horrible" and exited the series. She continued to participate in other reality TV series, such as 'Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition', 'Ex on the Beach', and 'Celebrity Big Brother', per Us Magazine. She also wrote the book 'My Teenage Dream Ended', which entered the bestsellers' list. Abraham joined Penthouse magazine in 2019 as a book critic.
Maci Bookout
In 2008, Bookout and then-fiance Ryan Edwards welcomed their son Bentley. After they split in 2016, she married Taylor McKinney. Bookout, who was already a mother to her daughter Jayde and son Bentley with her ex-partner Ryan Edwards, welcomed her third child, son Maverick, with McKinney in May 2016. In January 2018, Bookout revealed that she endured a miscarriage in 2017. Bookout ventured outside 'Teen Mom' that same year, making an appearance on 'Naked and Afraid'.
Catelynn Lowell
In 2009, Lowell and her high school lover, Tyler Baltierra, welcomed their daughter Carly. Following their 2015 marriage, the couple's family expanded swiftly. In January 2015, they welcomed their daughter Novalee Reign, and in February 2019, they welcomed daughter Vaeda Luma. After renewing their vows in September 2019, Lowell and Baltierra made the announcement about their fourth child's birth in February 2021. In September 2021, the Michigan native gave birth to a daughter named Rya Rose.
Amber Portwood
Portwood and then-fiance Gary Shirley welcomed their daughter, Leah, in 2008. After the couple split up in 2011, Shirley was granted sole custody of Leah. Portwood experienced problems with anger control and substance usage over time. She and her then-boyfriend Andrew Glennon welcomed a son, James Andrew Glennon, in May 2018. In 2019, she and Andrew parted ways. Us Weekly confirmed in January 2020 that Portwood was dating a man from Belgium, named Dimitri Garcia. Due to a custody dispute, she was given a restraining order against Glennon in January 2021.
Cheyenne Floyd
Floyd starred in 'Are You the One?' season three before making an appearance on 'The Challenge: Rivals III'. The reality TV star and Cory Wharton first appeared on the show in 2016, and they revealed in December 2017 that they had a daughter named Ryder. Floyd revealed that she and her partner Zach Davis were expecting their first child together in December 2020. The couple welcomed their first child together, son Ace Terrell, the following month after getting engaged at her baby shower in April 2021. They got married in September 2022.
Bristol Palin
Former 'Teen Mom' star Bristol hit the headlines in September 2008, after it revealed she was pregnant at 17. During the time, her mother, Sarah Palin, the former governor of Alaska, was a contender for vice president. That December, Bristol welcomed Tripp along with her then-fiance, Levi Johnston. Bristol married Dakota Meyer in 2016. The couple has two children together. In 2018, Meyer and Bristol got divorced. She ignited dating rumors with Zach Towers in 2020, but their romance ended abruptly.
Mackenzie McKee
In September 2011, McKee and her then-boyfriend Josh McKee had their son, Gannon Dwayne McKee. After getting married in 2013, the couple had Jaxie Taylor as their second kid in February 2014 and Broncs Weston as their third child in April 2016. Mackenzie, who is currently dating Khesanio Hall, previously relocated with her three children from her and Josh's native state of Oklahoma to Florida. Josh and McKee called it quits on Instagram in July 2022. Since the split, McKee has stayed active. She even ran the New York City Marathon in 2022 as part of her ongoing career as a fitness trainer, as per People magazine.
