‘Temperature check’: Internet abuzz over Johnny Depp's movie with Sydney Sweeney in Hollywood comeback
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sydney Sweeney will reportedly be soon seen alongside Johnny Depp as they are said to be working together for a new supernatural thriller.
Online magazine Consequence reported that the 26-year-old actress and the A-list star will do the Marc Webb directorial ‘Day Drinker’.

It has also been said that Zach Dean is the scriptwriter of the upcoming project. The film tells the story of an “enigmatic stranger (Depp) and a bartender (Sweeney) mourning the loss of her lover". It also revolves around the themes of “love, friendship, and revenge".
This came after Depp was last seen in the 2023’s ‘Jeanne du Barry’ which was released after his legal win against his ex-wife Amber Heard.
Whereas Sweeney was recently seen in a horror movie ‘Immaculate’ and ‘Anyone but You’.
Sydney Sweeney claims to have paid her mother’s mortgage
The ‘Euphoria’ star earlier revealed that her parents and family have done everything for her so that she can fulfill her dream.
She told Variety in 2023, “My parents sacrificed so much to support my dream, and they lost so much during it. I just felt a responsibility to show them that it was worth it.”
Also with WhoWhatWear, she shared, “I recently paid off my mom's mortgage. As a kid, I always dreamt of being able to take care of my parents, so that was a really big thing for me to be able to do.”

“I try to incorporate them into my life as much as possible, whether it's talking with my cousins every other day or going home,” Sweeney added.
