LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Authorities arrested a man after he threatened the president and an NFL player. In an unexpected incident, NFL star Travis Kelce was embroiled in a death threat scandal unrelated to him.

The event occurred on June 16th, outside a fundraiser for President Joe Biden before the 2024 elections.

Los Angeles man threatened to kill President Joe Biden and Travis Kelce

A viral social media video showed a shirtless man in Downtown Los Angeles holding a guitar case, alleging it contained a gun. He ranted for 20 minutes, threatening to kill President Joe Biden and, surprisingly, also targeted Travis Kelce, according to MARCA.

"I want to kill Travis Kelce," the man said. "I got a gun in here. I got a gun right here to kill Joe Biden. Where's the Secret Service?" man said at the end of the video. He was quickly taken into custody by police and handcuffed.

Only a few weeks had passed since Kelce's amusing encounter with President Biden at the White House after the Chiefs of Kansas City had won Super Bowl LVIII.

Many found amusement in Kelce's "My fellow Americans" speech, which he recently talked about on the "New Heights" podcast.

Death threat raises questions about Tarvis Kelce's legal action or security measures

In the podcast, Travis Kelce humorously shared his experience of a near encounter with President Biden and the Secret Service. He disclosed his apprehension about being tased by the Secret Service for approaching the President too closely.

"I had no idea President Biden was gonna ask me to come up and let me have my moment," Kelce mentioned.

Although the star tight end maintains a friendly relationship with the President, he has not publicly shared his political views. In contrast, his partner, Taylor Swift, has been quite outspoken.

In light of the recent death threat, it is uncertain whether Travis Kelce will pursue legal action or enhance his security measures.

As the NFL star prepares for the training camp before the preseason games in August, this strange event has certainly introduced an unforeseen complication to his off-season.
