'The View' co-host Sara Haines slams Internet troll for saying she's wearing 'too much make up'
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Sara Haines was quick to take down one of her followers on Instagram, as the person tried to troll 'The View' host for wearing 'too much make up' in a social media post.
The February 12 post was put up by the star to share the new poster of the show, 'What Would You Do?' in which she would be joining as a correspondent in the upcoming season, according to The US Sun.

Taking to the social media platform, the 46-year-old posted a picture of her standing in front of the 'What Would You Do?' poster in a hallway of the ABC Studio, which featured her, host John Quinones, and W Kamau Bell on it.
She also added a video clip in the carousel, expressing her excitement.
"I was walking through the hallways at ABC and I found this really cool thing I want to share with you," she is heard saying, as the video showed a close-up of her face. The camera was then turned to point at the framed poster.
"Who is that?" asked Haines, pointing at her picture. She ended the clip by asking into the camera, "What would you do?"
Trolls commented on Sara Haines' post
Instead of focusing on the upcoming show, a follower wrote in the comment section of the post, "Girl, are you going to a dance recital way too much make up."
Haines took her subtly took her down with a nice but pointed response, saying, "@ginalolamarie that happens when you get off of a tv set."
The television host found support among other followers, who stood by her side.
"@ginalolamarie It's strong-lighting stage-makeup," a follower explained, addressing the troll. "@sarahaines You're gorgeous with itđ even away from the set-lights," he added.
Another follower questioned, "@ginalolamarie why so rude?"

Haines is set to appear in the upcoming season of 'What Would You Do?' along with W Kamau Bell, as correspondent.
The show, which has been off-air since 2020, puts people in situations set up without their knowledge, to see if they would respond or speak up for a person, in this case an actor, in that situation, according to The Sun.
Hidden cameras are used to monitor their every move and John Quinones comes out to greet the ones who spoke up at the end of the segment.
The new season is scheduled to air on February 18 at 10/9c on ABC.
