LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: During the Wednesday, June 11, episode of ‘The View’, Joy Behar made fun of the bond she shares with the show’s executive producer Brian Teta.

The comedian and her co-hosts were discussing the rise in no-contact orders on college campuses, noting that students are reportedly misusing them for more routine conflicts, such as disagreements with roommates.

Whoopi Goldberg said, "Lots of people try to avoid conflict. But is this should be a way to try to do this?"

Alyssa Farah Griffin then shared her thoughts on it, saying, “You have to learn how to coexist with someone. It’s kind of a critical life skill,” as reported by Decider.

Joy Behar interrupted as she noted, “Sure, it’s like me and Brian. He could take out a restraining order against me, right?”

The camera then cut to Teta off-stage, where he playfully confessed, “I’ve looked into it.”

This came weeks after the co-hosts of the talk show talked about artificial intelligence (AI) taking away jobs from people. Teta often teases the women about being hard to work with.

At the time, Teta appeared confident about his job security as he noted, “I figured mine was pretty fine because what computer could handle you guys?”

“You work an hour a day! What are you talking about?” Whoopi Goldberg snapped.

Behar was the one who eventually stepped in to defend him. “But that is some hour.”

During the same show, the 48-year-old TV producer shared a piece of advice he received from an AI program on how to deal with the 82-year-old comedian.

He disclosed, “It said, ‘Lead with humor. But don’t go with slapstick or corny jokes.’ She doesn’t like those.”

“‘Let her vent. Occasionally nod, listen, and say, 'you’re absolutely right,’ which is one of my moves. Bring up politics but only if you’re aligned with her, otherwise run away. Compliment her standup past. She likes that. And then finally, hand her a cannoli,” Teta added.

Joy Behar’s confident AI can’t take away their jobs

Brian Teta also gave a tray full of cannolis to Joy Behar, who happily responded, “Yes! Now you’re talking!”

The actress also asserted that AI won’t be taking away their jobs. “They can’t replace us. Not this hair color, anyway,” she added.

Netizens agree as 'The View' hosts discuss rise in college no-contact orders hinting at conflict avoidance

One YouTube user wrote, "Our youth are no longer being taught to handle conflict. They aren't learning how to deal with people who see the world differently than them."

Another user posted, "I disagree. Students now are more difficult to work with and talk to. Some even lack the maturity to do so. So its very difficult to handle conflicts."

A third one said, "The Ladies from The View always nails it."

"That’s right Whoopi! They have to grow up and manage their own issues!" an individual commented.

A comment read, "Man this generation got to learn to get tough skin. Stop being so sensitive as charmin toilet tissue. The world doesn't care how sensitive you are they want to know how you are going to handle it and move on."
