NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: 'The View' has been in hot water for having no conservative guests in 2025 so far, despite being warned that it could be pulled off-air.

The talk show hosts, especially Whoopi Goldberg, Sunny Hostin, and Joy Behar, have been avid critics of President Donald Trump and Republican lawmakers.

Study shows 'The View' had zero conservative guests between January and July 2025

A study by the Media Research Center's NewsBuster analyzed every episode from January 6, 2025, and July 25. It found that 'The View' hosted 102 left-leaning guests and zero conservative guests.

Though the majority of co-hosts are Trump critics, Alyssa Farrah Griffin served in the POTUS' first administration.

However, she earlier confessed that she voted for Kamala Harris in the 2024 election, and regularly sides with her co-hosts on political issues discussed on the show.

Fox News contributor Guy Benson told 'Fox & Friends', "It's an insane asylum now."

"I am actually surprised by this because 102 seems a little low," he added.

"What's interesting is...the left talked for years about bringing back the fairness doctrine. This was an obsession of theirs to try to clamp down on the success of [conservative] talk radio. If they had succeeded and had gotten the fairness doctrine, 'The View' would be out of business for that reason alone. That would be basically illegal," Benson mentioned.

Interestingly, the guest list of the show included not only Democratic lawmakers but also liberal Hollywood stars.

Meanwhile, NewsBusters associate editor Nicholas Fondacaro earlier told the outlet that the closest to a conservative guest on the show was former California Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who appeared on the show in July.

Interestingly, the co-hosts of 'Fox & Friends' also chimed in on Thursday, July 31, and were seemingly unsurprised by the finding.

Ainsley Earhardt said, "So ‘The View' only has one view?" while Brian Kilmeade called it the "least surprising stat ever."

"They used to be somewhat balanced. Barbara Walters started this to get some political points of view – no script – and just get a conversation going and let us know what women talk about when they're together. Then what happened? It ends up being an angry Democratic show," Kilmeade added.

Meanwhile, Lawrence Jones accused the 'The View' co-hosts of being hostile toward right-leaning guests they have invited in the past.

He said, "When there is a conservative there, or even one of the co-panels, because there's always the one [right-leaning panelist] that they have… They're so nasty to the people of opposing views there."

"They say that they have a couple of independents there, but they find a way to always agree with the Democrats. It's not that Republicans don't want to come on the show, but when you go there, you've seen plenty of times where Whoopi Goldberg will walk off the set when someone of a opposing view joins the show," Jones further mentioned.

Internet slams 'The View' for hosting zero conservative guests

Several internet users slammed 'The View' as recent study showed that the talk show hosted no conservative guests in 2025 so far, despite being warned that it could be pulled off-air.

A user wrote on X, "We are praying @TheView @abc NEVER ever returns it will be so good for humanity," while one added, "Does anyone really watch The View anymore, or is it all bots?"

A person also stated, "Lol, they really can't hide that leftist bias," whereas one mentioned, "Lol, The View is just a left-wing echo chamber. #ByeBye."

A user also wrote, "The View should be canceled," while one commented, "Is this bias finally too loud to ignore or just more media noise?"
